We have a teen, tiny toy, male poodle pup for sale...we were going to keep him; but have decided that we are entirely getting out of the business. He is cream, a very loving gentle guy, and CKC registered. He is priced at a steal for $250. He is 5lbs and basically done growing, he was born 11/16/10.
HE IS NOW SOLD!
We are also retiring out some of our dogs. As my parents and Dale's parents are getting older and needing more of our help, we are getting out of the business. I have 1 male right now that will be sold as a pet and will be sold without his registration papers; however you can view his paperwork, he is dual registered. He is a very lovable lap dog, only 4 years old, kind, and gentle. His special attention is that since he was a stud, he does "mark", and there is no guarantee that he would stop marking after being fixed, although I think he will be very easy to train, as he does not wet his "pee pad" often at all (I'll get to what that is in a bit). We do not cage him and do allow him to have their freedom in the house (except at bed time) and would expect the same from their new owner. To avoid the "marking" we use what we call "pee pads". You simply pull it off when he goes outside and change the feminine pad that is inside it. It is simply a piece of material that velcros around them like a belt. He is crate trained and only sleeps in his crate at night. He will be $75 and all of his shots are up to date, his name is DaVinci and he looks like a little professor who is always in thought.
DaVinci is a Toy Poodle, blue/silver, weighs 10 lbs. He is also lovable, likes to snuggle, loves toys, and gentle. His build is more "boxy". He will be easier to house break than our other male because he was not a "main stud", but the "pee pads" will still accompany him. He likes to "talk", play with toys, and will smile at you when you join in his conversation. He also likes to be dressed up and will prance. He has a face that you can't help but to fall in love with. He will do well with a family and older children and also an older couple. He is very social, likes car rides, bike rides, and is very easy to groom and also likes to be groomed. Small kids would not be good with him as they make him very nervous and jittery. Below is a picture of him with his "peepad" on.
We have 2 different litters of Shih-poos
One litter is ready now, D.O.B is 4/11/11 there are 3 males, and 1 female. This litter is F2 (there is more poodle in them than Shih-tzu, mom is a Shih-poo) The second litter won't be ready for a couple of weeks, D.O.B 4/29/11, there are 3 females and 1 male in that litter and they are F1 (50/50 Shih-tzu and poodle). These are our "quick movers". These are great pups and great dogs as adults. Love them, love them, love them! Love them so much we kept one years ago and haven't looked back and she'll be one we never part with. These are a sturdy breed and work well with children of all ages (our Shih-poo owns our son). Major price decrease: Males are $175 and females are $225, dew claws, wormings, and first shots are done. They appear black, but on some of them the undercoat is actually silver. Our shih-poo and my parent's shih-poo turned a gorgeous blue/silver once the puppy hair was trimmed off. We get so many compliments on her color...it's just beautiful!
The Shih-poo pups are all now SOLD!
We also have an adult Yorkie, Female. She is retired now, she is a great family dog, but does not share well with others. She is a "playground bully" to the other dogs, wants to be the alpha female, hates cats, and will only work in a new household if she is the only pet. No small children either. Her curse is jealousy. She is very family orientated with myself, my husband and our 13 year old son and very protective with us; she will take that role on in her new home with her new family also. If you are familiar with the terrier breed, than you will understand this, as it is very common to their nature. She is not a bad dog, she is actually extremely bright and we believe she may be the smartest out of our crew, she just needs to be the center of your world. She would be a great pet for someone single, or an older couple. She will be for pet purpose only and no paperwork will accompany her. She is gorgeous and very playful (loves bouncing balloons back and fourth!). She will be $75. Below are pics of her playing
